Case 2
A 41 y/o hispanic male has a history of hypertension for at least 10 years. He is now admitted for shortness of breath. The clinical work-up indicates CRF, proteinuria (2.8 g/d) and CHF. The urinalysis shows protein +++, RBC + and the urinary sediment shows 5/HPF RBCs. Images of the right kidney are shown.
